SwingLab has devloped a Science-based instructional system, the Kinetic Golf Instruction & a Training System , to enable you to learn golf quickly, without trial and error, & the associated frustrations
Learning the mechanics of a golf swing is not all that difficult, but learning it so it’s second nature, and so you can consistently repeat it on the golf course, is the difficult part.
To achieve this we need to change your motor patterns
The learning of a new motor pattern, such as a golf swing, needs to be done in two stages
1. Define the motor pattern itself
2. Refine the pattern with focus on accuracy, efficiency and speed
SwingLab defines your swing by capturing it on a high speed, wireless, 3D motion analyser, then refines your swing while using bio feedback, which is proven to be the quickest way to change motor patterns
Kinetic Golf Instruction & Training System - Overview
The structured system precisely measures & defines your total swing metrics, then we discuss & recommend a course of action for you to follow & refine. There is no guessing or opinions - only facts
As Kinesthetic's is 33 times more effective than video, we are able to take you through the entire swing lesson in a 60 min lesson, so you can see the big picture
For each stage we have drills, exercises and training aids, to use when you practice at home by yourself. The System procedure is :
1. Alignment - Feet, Hips & Shoulder
2. Posture
3. Dynamic Spine Angle drill
4. Once 1-3 is achieved we Capture a swing on the K-Vest
5. Hip & Shoulders rotation to the ideal or where the spine angle is in tolerance
6. Measure potential energy: (X-Factor) & energy transfer: (X Factor stretch)
7. Timing & Sequence of the swing - Kinetic chain sequence
8. Plot the 3 critical Kinetic swing points and exercise using Bio-feedback to change motor patterns
9. Continue to refine 1-8
As we measure your swing metrics at the beginning of your lesson, you are able to see your improvement after the first lesson from the Swing Summary reports & graphs that are generated. (see below)
The system is real-time & interactive so the instructor & student are communicating at all stages of the lesson |
